Open call for Geothermal Building Consultants on:
Upgrading Buildings Geothermal Heating & Cooling
The Networked Geothermal Project in Framingham, MA is growing, with HEET leading the building retrofits for the expansion. HEET is striving to optimize this effort at the neighborhood scale, improving cost, speed and comfort outcomes. We are seeking individuals with experience and knowledge of geothermal HVAC conversions related to the following aspects of this project, as we curate best practices.
PHASE 1: Building Assessments and Planning. Protocol for quality assurance monitoring and documentation of the RFP process.
PHASE 2: Building Renovations and HVAC Installations. Monitoring and quality assurance of building HVAC installations.
PHASE 3: Geothermal HVAC - Operation & Maintenance Training & Monitoring. Commissioning and Operations & Maintenance training.
Compensated.
